Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of DG DIGITAL DESIGN STUDIO, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

DG Digital Design Studio provides digital design services including but not limited to brand identity design, website design, UI/UX design, digital marketing design, and creative direction. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final approved design deliverables as specified in their project agreement. The Company retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Preliminary concepts, unused designs, and working files remain the property of DG Digital Design Studio unless specifically transferred in the project agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment schedules, will be specified in individual project proposals. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Revisions and Changes

The number of revision rounds included in each project will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Significant changes to project scope after work has begun may require a revised proposal and timeline.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client responses may affect project timelines. Clients warrant that any materials provided for use in designs do not infringe on third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

DG Digital Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Specific termination terms will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
