Meridian had a functional travel booking app with poor user reviews. The booking flow had 11 steps, the search was slow and unintuitive, and users frequently abandoned mid-booking. They needed a complete UX overhaul to compete with established travel platforms.

We redesigned the entire app experience with a focus on simplifying the booking journey. The new design reduces the booking flow to 4 steps, introduces smart search with predictive suggestions, and uses progressive disclosure to keep complex options accessible without overwhelming users.
